How much do you spend?
Around £150 per week. Since having Florence [seven months, with boyfriend Dane Goodson] I’ve been getting a Sainsbury’s delivery each week, as it’s much easier and less timeconsuming than trawling the shops.
Describe your daily diet?
For breakfast, I’ll have porridge or French toast and lunch is either a crab and avocado wrap, baked jacket potato with beans, or sometimes a mixed bean soup with sourdough bread. For dinner, I’ll have spaghetti Bolognese or prawn stir-fry. I try to have healthier snacks like low-fat popcorn, low- calorie ice cream Halo Top in cinnamon, or chocolate-topped rice cakes, which are surprisingly filling. Is there anything you refuse to eat? I hate fatty meat, especially bacon.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve eaten?
I once tried snails – the texture was weird!
What would you cook to impress someone?
I make an amazing linguine carbonara, I do a light version using beef mince and lots of veg, served with a big salad.
Food hangover cure?
I make a shake using frozen banana, frozen strawberries, almond milk and a small spoonful of peanut butter. Frozen fruit gives it the texture of milkshake, so it feels naughty, plus the cool temperature is great for hangovers! ● Casey’s Yoga Blitz 90-Day Challenge is available at Yogablitz.com
