My tips for a fresh start
● Surround yourself with positive and strong people. You are a reflection of the five people you spend the most time with.
● Channel your energies into something creative – it could be a new hobby, keeping fit, your children, or work.
● Nourish everything: mind, body and soul. Read books, listen to podcasts.
● Go on the lash with your friends, climb a mountain, plan a juice retreat or practise yoga – whatever makes you feel good, just do it!
● Be kind to yourself and take time out to do what you want. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so give yourself a break. Women are great at helping others – and often not themselves!
