LOVE ISLAND STAR MONTANA BROWN, 23, REVEALS WHAT’S INSIDE HER FRIDGE
How much do you spend per week?
Around £70.
Describe your daily diet...
I like to start the day with porridge plus a scoop of protein powder and a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter. I’m usually out during the day, so I’ll grab an avocado, tuna, mayo, tomato and pesto sandwich from Joe & The Juice, or I’ll have a jacket potato if I’m at home. For dinner, I’ll eat white fish and green vegetables. I snack on fruit and yoghurt with meringue, as it’s not that calorific.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
I don’t like anchovies, sardines, caviar or oysters. I’m allergic to almonds, walnuts, cashews, but not peanuts.
Strangest thing you’ve eaten?
I ate a stingray when I was on The Island With Bear Grylls. It was delicious – it tasted like a mix between a tuna steak and chicken.
What would you cook to impress someone?
I once cooked a leg of lamb using a Jamie Oliver recipe. The recipe said to cook it for three hours, but I thought that would be too long, so I seared it then put it in the oven for an hour, served it and it was raw inside. So I probably wouldn’t try that again!
What’s your food hangover cure?
I always want a Mcdonald’s. I get a Big Mac and 20 chicken nuggets, then try to balance it out with water. ● Montana has launched her own Swim Society swimwear range, available exclusively at www.skinnydiplondon.com.
