WHEN KANYE GETS AN IDEA IN HIS HEAD, HE RUNS WITH IT

She openly admitted her hurt and shock after her husband Kanye West told a crowd of fans he was moving back to his home city of Chicago last year without even consulting her – with Kim Kardashian later revealing how the thought of uprooting their family from their home in LA pushed her to “breaking point”.

In scenes from reality show Keeping up With The Kardashians, Kim, 38, confronted the 42-year-old rapper – with whom she shares North, six, Saint, three, Chicago, one, and four-month-old Psalm – telling him, “That just should have been a conversation before

I see it on the internet.”

ISOLATED

Now pals say Kim is panicking over having to have a longdistance relationship after Kanye recently splashed out on an £11million ranch in an isolated spot in Wyoming – where he spent months holedup recording his last album Ye – more than 1,000 miles away from their family home.

A source says, “Kim hates being apart from Kanye, and while she understands and supports his career, making such a bold move as to spend millions on a permanent base there has sent her into a state of panic. She’s made it crystal clear that she doesn’t want a long-distance marriage.

“She’s not totally against the idea of spending a little time there – she sometimes enjoys the quiet life. But right now it would feel like a huge upheaval to move the family, and she doesn’t want to be that far away from her loved ones.

“Kim’s said she can see them making it a more permanent base at some point in the future, but when Kanye gets an idea in his head, he runs with it.

She’s worried that he’s eager to push for a big family move to Wyoming now or else he may just spend more and more time there on his own.”

Insiders have previously revealed how Kanye isn’t a fan of LA – preferring a more laid-back, remote way of life to the star-studded city where his wife grew up.

Hinting at his regret over moving to the city when opening up about his late mum, Donda – who died at 58 from complications following plastic surgery in 2007 – the heartbroken star said, “If I had never moved to LA, she’d be alive.”

And pals say Kim – who’s training to become a lawyer amid her already hectic showbiz career – is worried that she’ll struggle to cope without Kanye around.

DOUBTS

The source adds, “Kim’s got so much on her plate and really credited Kanye for stepping up with daddy duties when she took on her legal training. The idea that he’ll have a base so far away where he could spend weeks at a time fills her with dread.

“He’s assured her he’s not uprooting permanently and will even take the kids with him on some trips to give her time to study. He wants her to see it as a place she can use as a retreat. As it stands, she’s trying to focus on the positives, but she has nagging doubts.”
