Kerry on weight loss: “I can’t keep my clothes on now!”

-

She reportedly rejected a last-minute plea from her ex-husband for a face-to-face meeting before he jetted to Australia – which insiders told Closer was partly due to her feeling that proceedings were being dictated by Ant’s schedule. She fears, too, that their divorce would prompt him to propose to mum-of-two Anne Marie, whom he recently moved in with after renovating their “dream home”.

She has also taken to Twitter in recent weeks to “like” posts criticising Ant, including one that read, “I think Ant should enjoy his time in the jungle before @lisaAmakeup gets him in the courtroom and wipes the smug smile off his face.”

PAIN

The source adds, “Lisa had been dreading watching Ant revel in his comeback glory on the show, so the negative reaction to him feels, in some ways, as if the tide is turning in her favour.

“She felt that him moving on so fast with Anne-Marie, fighting her for Hurley, and asking her to sign an NDA was quite cruel. But she believes in karma and sees the backlash against him as justice for what he’s put her through.”

And pals say that, while she doesn’t intend to behave bitterly when she faces her ex, she is intent on ensuring the truth comes out.

The source adds, “After everything she’s been through, she says it’s time Ant feels some of the pain she’s had to endure, which she still doesn’t feel he truly understands.

“While she doesn’t wish him any harm, she feels like Ant got off scot-free, and wants him to face the repercussions of what he did. She sees this as the scales balancing between them. Lisa’s holding out for her day in court so she can have a say in public. She’ll then be able to put it all behind her and start looking towards the future.”
