Jordan: “Pete and Emily may help me have another baby”
Jordan’s newfound friendship with her ex Peter Andre and his wife Emily MacDonagh has given her the confidence to go it alone with her much-longed-for sixth child
They were hailed for setting “co-parenting goals” as they affectionately praised one another on social media and united to celebrate their son Junior’s 15th birthday last week – a surprising turnaround from their notoriously strained relationship.
After Jordan credited her ex Peter Andre for doing a “good job” raising their eldest son in an Instagram tribute to the teen, the singer replied, “He’s a good boy. I’m so so proud.” And when a fan highlighted their sweet exchange, saying, “This is lovely to see”, Pete, 47, added, “We’re friends and she’s mummy so of course.” Jordan and Peter’s fresh display of unity is a stark contrast to the almost constant state of war the former couple – who also share Princess, 13 – have been in since their bitter 2009 divorce. Their turbulent relationship was further intensified when Jordan’s life careered off the rails following her split from third husband Kieran Hayler, in 2018, with Pete taking the kids to live with him full-time amid her spate of wild partying, cocaine binges and a stint in rehab for PTSD as she also struggled to cope in the aftermath of her mum Amy’s terminal lung disease diagnosis.
But insiders say 42-year-old Jordan – real name Katie Price – is finally in a good place thanks in part to the support of her ex and his doctor wife, Emily MacDonagh, 30, who’s played an integral role in helping them build a friendship.
FRESH START
In a recent interview where she vowed to get her life back on track after hitting rock bottom and being declared bankrupt, the former glamour model – who also has Jett, six, and Bunny, five, with Kieran, 33, and 18-year-old Harvey with ex Dwight Yorke – said, “It’s the first time I’ve got on with Pete for years. I’m just not holding grudges with anyone any more.”
The source says, “Katie’s turned a corner during the lockdown and part of that is thanks to the incredible support she’s received from both Pete and Emily, who she says she couldn’t have managed without.
“Thawing the ice between them has taken a huge weight off her shoulders and enabled her to focus on herself and getting her life back on track without the stress and drama of rowing with Pete. Emily’s been incredibly kind to Katie – offering health advice to her for Harvey and her mum, and has been messaging to make sure she hasn’t felt lonely and isolated, which is so thoughtful and something Katie’s really appreciated.”
Last week, Jordan – who is single and recently denied a romance with her personal trainer, Al Warrell, 23, despite moving him in with her – was filmed for her YouTube show reliving her engagement to
Pete, wearing a similar design to the engagement ring he gave her, saying, “My first marriage engagement. Oh my God, it’s so weird seeing that on my finger because it actually brings me back to that place.” Meanwhile, Pete also seemed in a reflective mood last week as he reminisced about their former reality show, saying, “We could have been as big as the Kardashians. Maybe we finished way too soon.”

mum of five has spoken openly about her longing for another child after weighing up adoption and surrogacy options, and sources say she’s now considering a sixth child and is looking into all options.
In the past, she’s said, “I want more kids, definitely.” And after her spell in rehab earlier this month, she revealed she’d “love to adopt” but may not be able to because she already has five children. She also added that she was looking into a sperm donor, saying doing it alone is “probably easier – there’d be less rows at least!”
The source says, “Katie said she’s been feeling more supported now, thanks to
Pete and Emily, than she has with a man in years and it’s made her start seriously looking into options again. At this stage she’s even contemplating using a surrogate – insisting she’s happy to do it alone and is confident in her abilities as a single mum, especially with Pete and Emily on her side.”

Theodore, three – before his 50th birthday, pals say Jordan thinks that growing their families will help strengthen their bond.
