JORDAN’S WEEK FROM HELL
She’s had a tough 12 months, including filing for bankruptcy last November, a stint in rehab earlier this year and being burgled last month.
And last week, just as her 18-year-old son Harvey, who has disabilities, was discharged from hospital after ten days in intensive care with breathing problems and a high temperature, it emerged that Jordan, 42, was facing fresh heartache. Her French bulldog puppy Rolo, which she’d given daughter Princess for her 13th birthday last month, was reportedly found dead by Harvey’s carer after reportedly getting stuck in an electric armchair while Jordan was packing some bags in another room.
While she received an outpouring of sympathy from her fans, Jordan was also hit with criticism, as Rolo is the third of her pet pooches to die in recent years. Rolo’s death comes just five months after Jordan’s beloved Alsation Sparkle was killed after getting hit by a car on a busy road nearby. In 2018, another dog, Queenie, was run over by a pizza delivery driver.
Hitting back at trolls who had blasted her and the breeders of the puppy, Jordan wrote on Instagram, “It’s nobody’s fault and something that happened tragically. We are all devastated… so instead of pointing fingers think of how we are all feeling so respect us all.”
The drama unfolded after Jordan appeared in court for her bankruptcy hearing over video call, and admitted she had barely anything to her name and had had a “bad breakdown” last year. She told the court, “I haven’t got anything, I haven’t got absolutely anything left, everything has been stolen off me. I’ve lost everything.”
