What’s in store?

We’re giving people a flavour of the summer. We’ve all been starved of live music and festivals, and so across the weekend on the radio and TV there’ll be highlights from all the Live At Home performances. Who will you be chatting to?

I’ll be speaking to Sheryl Crow and Chrissie Hynde – both incredible women in music. I’m also intrigued to see what The Killers performance will be like, because they’ll be on top of Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Vegas, – so that will be fun. We’ve got McFly as well, and a lot of people are excited about them being back together.

Any thoughts on an outfit? Usually at this point I’m thinking, ‘Oh my God, what am I going to wear?’ because you never know what the weather’s going to be like in the middle of September. I’ve just got back from holiday

– I’ve been in a caravan for two weeks. I took all these really nice dresses and I ended up wearing shorts the whole time, so I think I’ll be delving into my wardrobe. It makes sense to be resourceful in these times.

Who’s been your most memorable guest?

Madonna is always an event… I’ve only ever had a good time with her. It’s really enjoyable talking to her, but you have to be on your game. You don’t want to show any chinks in your armour. I also love talking to Monty Don because I love my gardening! What’s your secret to always looking so fab?

I try to exercise most days to stave off the bingo wings – but I give myself time off as well because it can get boring. I try to watch what I eat too. I love coffees and croissants but sometimes I have to go, “Let’s have a banana today instead…” By Hannah Wright
