‘Negative comments gave me body dysmorphia’

-

She joined Geordie Shore in 2015 as a fresh-faced 19 year old – but five years on, Chloe Ferry has completely overhauled her face and body, undergoing a staggering £50,000 worth of surgery, as well as embracing a love of fitness in recent months. Chloe, 25, has had work done to her lips, cheeks and chin, plus two breast enlargements, liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift. She’s also just returned from Turkey with friend Laura Brown, where she underwent a breast reduction.

Speaking about her recent surgery, Chloe says, “I had another boob job because my boobs were out of proportion. I’d made them bigger in the past, but during lockdown I lost a lot of weight, so they looked too big. I got an uplift and smaller implants, and now they look much better.

I’m happy with myself, and I don’t think I’ll get more surgery, but who knows? I do get down days about my body, like anyone.”

Chloe has previously admitted that her mental health has been badly affected by trolls – just like pal Laura – which has led her to suffer with body dysmorphia. She told Closer, “It’s ever since I started having surgery that I’ve felt this insecure about my body, and maybe after some of the negative comments. I didn’t have body dysmorphia before Geordie Shore and the trolls. I would say it’s happened since I started getting surgery; I think that’s what created it. I do think that I look better than I used to. I don’t know what it is that’s wrong.” ● Geordie Shore: Their Story continues Tuesdays at 10pm on MTV
