‘I’ve stopped my emotional eating’

-

She showed off the results of her gastric sleeve surgery last week, looking super-slim after her jaw-dropping 6st weight loss.

Despite the sleeve – which involves shrinking the stomach from the size of a football to roughly the size of a banana – Kelly Osbourne has insisted she also has to “work out” and “eat right” to stay in shape.

“I had the gastric sleeve. All it does is move you in the right direction. What people don’t realise is, it cuts out this hormone that if you have addiction issues, it stops your craving and it makes you not emotionally eat, which is a huge problem for me,” she said.

The Fashion Police host,

35, has also had injections in her jaw to treat TMD pain (temporomandibular joint dysfunction), which has made her face look “skinnier”.

Her incredible transformation coincides with her confession to being “full blown” in love with a mystery man. Confirming she’s dating someone who’s been in her life for 20 years, Kelly gushed, “I’m just really happy with what it is… I don’t even know how to explain it. What it is, is perfect. I full-blown love him.”

Over the years, Kelly’s made no secret about her struggle with keeping the pounds off. In 2009, she gained weight following a stint in rehab for prescription drug addiction. “I replaced the drugs with food and just got fatter and fatter,” she said.

Six months later, she joined Dancing With The Stars and shed 221/ 2st. But after the show finished, she began gaining weight again, so her mum Sharon introduced her to trainer Sarah Hagaman and the three went on regular hikes together. Kelly’s celeb pals have recently gushed about how great she looks, with Nicole Scherzinger commenting under one of her Instagram pics, “Looking hot, sis” and Vanessa Hudgens writing, “Goddess.”

And Kelly has confessed she’s embracing the change in herself, saying, “For the first time in my life, I can tell you what happiness is because

I’ve never had it before.”
