Kate steps in over Lottie’s “wild” lifestyle
After former wild child Kate Moss reinvented her life as a clean-living country dweller, insiders say she now fears sister Lottie is heading for trouble
Her reputation for wild partying was once as famous as her supermodel looks – but
Kate Moss is now said to be “concerned” that her younger sister has taken the baton from her and is heading down a “dangerous” path.
Lottie Moss, 23 – who shares the same dad as Kate – has raised eyebrows recently for partying, smoking weed, posing naked and selling X-rated snaps online.
Last week, she was pictured looking worse for wear on a raucous night out in London. Just weeks earlier, the model admitted she felt “kind of high” during an Instagram Live after smoking half a joint.
Insiders say Kate – once nicknamed “The Tank” due to her reported ability to snort three grams of cocaine and down a bottle of vodka in one night – has stepped in amid the family’s concerns.
A source says, “Kate held back as she doesn’t want to feel like a hypocrite by lecturing Lottie – she was her age once, and enjoyed the same exciting supermodel lifestyle. But Kate felt she should have a word as she’s concerned Lottie could be headed down a dangerous path.”

After being spotted at Kate’s wedding to musician Jamie Hince in 2011, at just 13 – a year younger than Kate who was discovered by a modelling scout aged 14 – Lottie began working for some of the world’s biggest fashion brands, including Chanel and Calvin Klein.
But after hitting the party scene and having a boob job in 2019, Lottie said she was
“shunned” by the modelling industry. She now sells seminaked snaps for up to £1,000 on X-rated website Glow.
Kate’s no stranger to scandal as her career was shattered in 2005 when a video surfaced of her appearing to snort cocaine. While she managed to salvage her reputation thanks to a stint in rehab and a public apology, insiders say it’s made her extra protective of Lottie.
The source adds, “Kate knows how lucky she was to get a second chance but she really worries for Lottie. She’s suggested Lottie spend more time with family, rather than party-people who may be latching on to her just for fame.”
Kate – who shares 18-yearold daughter Lila Grace with ex, Jefferson Hack, and has been dating Count Nikolai von Bismarck for six years – later moved to the countryside and went teetotal after a close friend died of a heart attack, aged just 49.
Speaking of her new clean lifestyle, she said, “I go to bed early, I drink lots of water, not too much coffee, and I’m trying to cut down on cigarettes.”

And Kate’s told Lottie that she’d feel better if she cut back on her fast-paced lifestyle.
The source adds, “She’s invited Lottie to stay with her in the Cotswolds to get some head space and reassess things.
“Lottie really appreciates her sister’s concern, but insists she isn’t doing any harm and is just young and having fun. Kate’s not entirely convinced, but hopes it’s a phase that will pass.”
