Britney’s revenge: “She’ll make sure her abusers suffer – like she did”

Newly-empowered Britney Spears has demanded her father be arrested for ‘conservatorship abuse’ as she slowly wrestles free from the restrictions over her life – and she’s determined to get justice on everyone else who was involved

NOW SHE’S FOUND HER VOICE, THERE’S NO STOPPING HER

During another bombshell testimony, Britney Spears furiously called for her father to be charged with “conservatorship abuse” last week and defiantly told a court, “I’m angry and I will go there!”

Lashing out at Jamie Spears, 69, Britney spoke via phone link to the LA Superior Court, saying, “I want to press charges against my father today. I want an investigation into my dad.”

In a major glimmer of hope in her fight to remove her father from the court-sanctioned order, which has given him control over her life and £60m fortune for over a decade, the 39-yearold was allowed to hire her own lawyer for the first time.

Celebrating her victory at recruiting Hollywood’s “go-to” litigator, Matthew Rosengart, following the resignation of her long-time court-appointed lawyer, Samuel Ingham,

Britney Tweeted, “Coming along, folks… coming along!!!”

Alongside a snap of herself riding a horse in open fields, she thanked fans for their fight to “free” her – and used their famous hashtag #FreeBritney for the first time. Meanwhile, her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, 26, shared a powerful image of a lioness with his 2m Instagram followers in a nod to his girlfriend’s strength and courage.

FURIOUS

And insiders say the mum-oftwo is out for revenge on those she believes have destroyed the last 13 years of her life.

A source says, “Britney’s furious and now she’s found her voice, there’s no stopping her. She’s out to make sure her dad – and all her other “conservatorship abusers” suffer like she has for years.”

Jamie was appointed sole conservator following the star’s tragic breakdown in 2007 – giving him full control of his daughter’s finances and all aspects of her personal life.

As a result, she lost custody of her sons with ex Kevin Federline – Sean Preston, 15 and Jayden James, 14 – which has since been increased to 30 per cent.

In 2019, Britney’s care worker, Jodi Montgomery, stepped in to temporarily replace her father for a few months, but he is now back serving as co-conservator.

But following Britney’s shock testimony last month in which she claimed she was forced to work 70-hour weeks, take medication against her will and banned from having her IUD (contraceptive device) removed, many other key figures involved in her conservatorship have stepped down.

HUGE COMEBACK

Following her lawyer’s resignation, The Bessemer Trust – who were helping manage her financial affairs – asked to be removed from the order, and the star’s long-time manager, Larry Rudolph, resigned.

In the latest shock twist, her former manager, Sam

Lufti, issued a public apology following the latest hearing. Sam Tweeted, “I failed her. I was supposed to protect her from all this, I let her down and we both paid dearly for it – head in hands. I’m so sorry.”

And pals say Britney won’t stop until justice is served to everyone involved.

The source adds, “While her dad has been in control, there were many others she also claims took part in the abuse.

“She wants them to pay for the huge chunk of her boys’ childhood she missed out on and the years of hurt and turmoil she’s suffered – scars that she’ll bear for life.”

During her testimony last week, the star claimed she was banned from taking vitamins, driving and even drinking coffee. “That’s not abuse – that’s f***ing cruelty,” she sobbed.

“If this isn’t abuse, I don’t know what is. I thought they were trying to kill me!”

And while LA-based conservatorship lawyer Mina Surkin previously told Closer that it would be almost impossible to jail Jamie for his alleged actions, insiders say the star will seek revenge in other ways.

The source adds, “Britney will stage a huge comeback once she cuts off everyone from her fortune. She will make millions and they will be left with nothing – she wants their reputations in tatters forever. That’ll be her revenge.

“She will name and shame everyone. She has already been in touch with Oprah and she’s biding her time to give what she says will be the most shocking interview she’s ever done.

“As much as she once loved her dad and other family members, she is adamant they won’t have a role in her life any more either, or in their grandchildren’s. She wants them to live with the sorrow and shame for the rest of their lives.”
