STEP 1

First, ensure you’re using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox because some of these features and extensions may not work on older versions. To update Chrome, click the three dots at the top right, move your cursor to Help, then click About Google Chrome. In Firefox, click the menu icon 1 , the question-mark icon 2 , then click About Firefox. In both cases, you’ll either see a message saying you have the latest version or your browser will install the required updates. You’ll be prompted to restart it to update 3 .
