What are they talking about?

What they mean
Google’s description of the hardware needed to run its new Fuchsia operating system starts as a perfectly reasonable sentence before descending into jargon half-way through, like someone giving up on holding their breath. We look forward to an internet full of mis-spellings of ‘Fuchsia’.
