Tick ‘Activate task’ to do that 1 . To schedule the task to run at regular intervals, go to Step 6. There are two other options you can select. If you want the task to run automatically once every day, then tick ‘Once per day’ 2 (you can schedule the precise time you want the task to run using the Scheduler button – see next step). Alternatively, tick ‘Autostart’ 3 if you want to run the task every time you launch Z-cron on your PC.
