If even this doesn’t work, then you should copy the detailed info about the faulty devices and send it to a technician or someone who can help you. Devmanview has an easy way to do this by saving the devices’ info to a Notepad file. Press Ctrl, then click to select the faulty devices. Next, select the floppy disc icon 1 , choose where you want to save the Notepad file on your PC 2 , name the file 3 , then click Save 4 . You should now email this file to someone who can help you.
