Click the Refresh icon 1 , then scroll down the list. Faulty devices that can crash your PC appear with a small red-cross icon beside them 2 . Right-click any of these devices to see a pop-up menu with options. Here, click ‘Google Search - Device Name’ if you want to run a web search for that device. Click Properties in the pop-up menu if you want to see detailed information about that particular device 3 . You can also scroll to the right to see this info in different columns 4 .
