How do I save my website?

-

QWhen I signed up with my internet service provider (ISP), the deal included storage for some web pages I had created. At that time the ISP recommended a suitable FTP program to access and update files on the server. The world has moved on since then and the program in question is no longer supported. There does not seem to be a suitable free FTP service available. What should I do to keep my website working? David Boughton

AThere are lots of free FTP programs around. The best is Filezilla ( https://filezilla-project. org). Once installed, you need to type the relevant connection details in the Host, Username, Password and Port boxes at the top of the Filezilla window (see screenshot). If you don’t know these details, check your old FTP program, or contact your internet service provider.
