Master Firefox’s superb new tools

The latest version of Mozilla Firefox (56) has two great new tools. You can now take a screenshot of any open web page in the browser by clicking and dragging your mouse, then either download it to your PC or send it to someone. The second feature let sets you send any web page from your PC to another device (PC, phone or tablet) and vice versa with just a few clicks. To install Firefox go to www.snipca.com/25810 and click the Free Download button.
STEP 1
If you use Firefox, update it to the latest version by following Mozilla’s instructions at www.snipca.com/ 25811. To take a screenshot of the webpage you have open, click the Screenshots icon in your toolbar 1 . Now click and drag your cursor to define the area you want to take a screenshot of 2 . Click the download icon 3 to download your screenshot to your PC. Alternatively, click Save 4 . This saves the screenshot within Firefox and copies the web page link. You can then paste this link into an email and send it to whoever you want. On clicking the link, the recipient will see the screenshot in their web browser, with the option to download it.

To send web pages from one device to another, you first need to log into Firefox on your PC. Click the three lines at the top right, ‘Sign in to sync’ at the bottom, then create an account or log into your existing one. Select the settings you want to sync 1 and click ‘Save settings’ 2 . Next, open the email that Firefox sends you and click the ‘Verify email’ button. Now install the Firefox app on your Android ( www.snipca.com/ 25812) or IOS ( www.snipca.com/25813) device. In both Android and IOS apps, tap the three lines at the top right, Settings, ‘Sign In’, then log in (using the same email address).

To send a web page from Firefox on your PC to another device, right-click the tab you want to send 1 , move your cursor to ‘Send Tab to Device’ 2 , then select the device you want to send the web page to 3 . Tap the notification on your device to open the web page in your Firefox app. To send a web page from your phone or tablet to your PC, open the page in the Firefox app, tap the three dots at the top right, the Share (envelope) icon, ‘Send to other devices’, then select your PC’S name. Click the PC notification to open that web page within Firefox on your PC.
