These splendid headphones from Chinese firm Oneodio are both affordable and packed with features. They offer high-fidelity audio, a long-lasting battery, and perform well above the level you might expect from their sub-£100 price tag.

External control buttons on the right earcup are used to control volume, power and Bluetooth pairing, while the left button offers a single tap to activate the noise-cancelling option.

The 40mm dynamic speaker drivers pack a punch that’ll have you feeling the bass without distortion. High notes are crisp and clear, with vocals really shining in every song we listened to.

The noise-cancelling feature works well, particularly when filtering out low-frequency noise such as vehicle engines. If you need to switch back into the real world there’s a transparency mode that lets background noise seep through while your music continues to play. All it’s lacking is its own equaliser software, so you can’t fine-tune the audio to suit your taste.

Noise-cancelling tends to take its toll on battery life, but the A10 handles this well. In our tests we managed 35 hours with noise-cancelling switched on; turning it off increased this to a whopping 45 hours.
