Hydrogen peroxide is the traditional teeth whitener, but too much of it leads to a breakdown of natural enamel. This is the only EU product to contain it, and after a few uses it did make my top teeth look slightly whiter. The bottom set? Not so much, but that could be because the strip didn’t sit comfortably. And does an hour a day warrant the ‘express’ tagline?
