Steamed liner

You could just sleep in your liner for this swampy eye. Alternatively, paint loads of green pot or pencil liner along the lower lashes and dot the same colour between the top lashes. Fuzz the lower line downward with a smudger brush, so it looks like you’ve had a sauna with your make-up on, then dab metallic pigment on top to set and give depth. Skip the mascara, and nonchalantly brush your brows upwards with tinted brow gel. Good morning!
