RHUBARB ROYALE PUNCH

VESSEL That circular vase you’ve never used A taste of British summer that will last far longer than the tan you brought back from holiday

• 2 punnets summer fruits (raspberries, strawberries etc) • 1 bottle English sparkling wine (like Nyetimber) • ¼ bottle rhubarb cordial • ¼ bottle rhubarb liqueur Drop a couple of punnets of summer fruits into the circular vase with a bag of ice. Pour in the fizz, add the rhubarb liquids and stir. Ladle into wine glasses or directly into your face, if desired. ›
