2017-ongoing: Launches collection with Very.co.uk

2017: Tina Moore, Tina & Bobby

“I met her [Tina Moore, the ex-wife of former England captain Bobby Moore] and had to pinch myself. She was at the read-through, sitting right in my eye line, and I was going, ‘Oh God, I’m playing her, she’s there, I’m playing her…’ It was so weird. The wardrobe was the best thing. I loved the ’80s: the shoulder pads, the earrings, the big hair.

2016: Ursula, Plebs [one episode]

“I was a big fan of Plebs. I played a sex maniac. We were in Bulgaria filming and the boys [Tom Rosenthal, Joel Fry and Ryan Sampson] were hilarious. I’d never done comedy before and it was really fun to try something totally different.”

2016-present: Georgie Lane, Our Girl

“I had to carry a 50kg bag on my back [during filming]. I was like, ‘You’re going to give me an empty one, aren’t you?’ And the sergeant said, ‘No, you have to wear it because you have to run like you’re in the army.’ It’s all the real stuff.”

2016-2017: Revlon brand ambassador/social-media influencer

2015: Tracy Shawcross, Ordinary Lies

2009-2014: Wins Sexiest Female, The British Soap Awards

2008: Best Newcomer, The British Soap Awards

“That was a surreal night. It was when I felt like I’d done it. It was my favourite award. When you work so hard as a team, those nights mean a lot because you celebrate together. Everyone lets their hair down.”

2008-2014: Tina McIntyre, Coronation Street

“I grew up watching the show. When I got the final callback, I remember sitting outside and a girl I knew from another show was in there before me, so I thought, ‘There’s no chance now.’”

2006: Beauty counter sales assistant, Selfridges, Manchester

“I worked part-time. When I left college I wanted to do acting for a year. If nothing worked out, I was going to go to university. My mum was five minutes away, so her and my grandma would come in. I served Kym Marsh once. I was so star-struck.”

2006: Check-in agent, Manchester Airport

“I worked nights on the check-in and got a disciplinary for falling asleep in the toilet. I went missing for hours. It was about 3am. I remember waking up and someone was rapping on the door going, ‘Michelle, they’re looking for you!’”
