As well as penning The Notebook, Nicholas Sparks also deserves a hurrah for gifting us Miley and Liam’s love story – they met while filming the 2010 adaptation of his book The Last Song. They played a couple and fell for each other IRL – well, until the divorce.

BRAD PITT & ANGELINA JOLIE Met on the set of... Mr & Mrs Smith

This list wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t mention Brangelina. The couple kept their feelings for each other a secret while working on the 2005 film, as Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston, but years later, both said they “fell in love” on set.

RYAN REYNOLDS & BLAKE LIVELY Met on the set of... Green Lantern

Ryan and Blake, the mum and dad of trolling, were both in relationships when they met. They didn’t get together until a year later, but when they did, it was like it was always meant to be (insert heart-eye emoji). They married after a year of dating and have three kids.

BEN AFFLECK & ANA DE ARMAS Met on the set of... Deep Water

Ben and Ana play a married couple in this thriller based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1957 novel Deep Water, in which Ben’s character becomes the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife’s lovers. After filming wrapped in March, the pair were spotted in Cuba, and in April, they hit a major relationship milestone: they made things IG official. The film will be released in 2021.

ROBERT PATTINSON & KRISTEN STEWART Met on the set of... Twilight

Edward Cullen and Bella Swan dating in real life was a Twi-hard dream. They kept a low profile, though – one of the few times Kristen ever addressed they were a couple was when pictures emerged in 2012 of her kissing thenmarried director Rupert Sanders.
