Use your agency: if you have time off in the week or a spare evening here and there, start something else or do a couple of free courses online so you’re at least finding fulfilment and motivation somewhere.
The pandemic won’t last forever, so stay in your job right now, saving, learning and networking to benefit future you, while establishing your other project. Plus, you might find that having a side hustle actually makes you love your bread-and-butter job more, because your eggs will no longer be in one basket.
