Somerford, 19, Leycester Road, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 8QR. July 23, 12pm–6pm. Admission £4, children free It’s hard to believe that this garden has effectively been created in the past seven years. An air of establishment comes from mature trees, but more so from the oak-pergola centrepiece. Gravel paths are lined by hornbeams clipped into cubes and rich herbaceous borders complete a picture of layered quality.
