A WORCESTERSHIRE BUSINESS

-

“Our roots are in this county. Andrew and I were married on top of Bredon Hill, in a ruined castle, and that landmark inspired the business, as it’s my favourite foraging area. And, of course, the Vale of Evesham is the perfect place for harvesting and processing fruit. Pershore, the nearest town, was famous for canning the ‘Purple Pershore’ plum, and has an annual plum festival. Our village has just 450 residents, including Andrew’s parents. The community pub sells our drinks – it’s a good way of finding out what people like.”
