SIMPLE STITCHING

Embellish the pattern on a piece of fabric using colourful embroidery thread to create individual soft furnishings. If the fabric has a simple design, use the threads to add decoration to the existing image, working inside the pattern edges; alternatively, if it has an all-over print, stitch a design on top, as seen here.
