RECYCLED JARS

Turn empty jam jars into pretty vases or tealight holders by covering the exterior with a strip of decorative paper held in place with jute twine. Pick papers, including wrapping and wallpaper, with designs to suit the scale of the jar. Strips of fabric remnants, cut and frayed along the edges, will also look effective.
