MANOR FARM, STRETHAM, CAMBRIDGESHIRE

This pioneering partnership between a CLT, a housing developer and a landowner will deliver 75 new homes to the outskirts of a Fenland village that had previously been staunchly anti-development. Spearheaded by the Stretham Parish Council, which got together with its neighbouring parish to form the Stretham and Wilburton Community Land Trust, the sensitive development includes 23 affordable rented homes that will stay in community ownership.
