TAKING PLACE AT THE THREE COUNTIES SHOWGROUND, at the foot of the spectacular Malvern Hills, the four-day festival this year draws inspiration from The Great Exhibition of 1851. Channelling this ‘exhibition spirit’, RHS Malvern 2018 celebrates innovation, design and quality within our lives today, and champions the very best in the worlds of gardening, food and lifestyle. Promising a spectacular day out, highlights include a host of colourful and creative show gardens, a record-breaking number of award-winning specialist nurseries, a new Great Pavilion of Art and Flowers, three seven-metre terrariums and the enormously popular Floral Marquee. Festival favourite, Chelsea garden designer and BBC presenter James Alexander-sinclair, will host a lively line-up of leading experts and familiar faces in the Festival Theatre, including Alan Titchmarsh (above left) and Carol Klein. Award-winning food writer Mark Diacono will lead an array of delicious cookery demonstrations from culinary connoisseurs and the country’s top chefs in an animated live kitchen.
