WALK HERE
Turn to Walk 1 in this issue for a route at Boscastle, but peregrines can be spotted all along the SWCP ( www.south westcoastpath.org.uk).
GETTING THERE
Boscastle is 50 miles west of Exeter, by way of the A30, A395 and B3266. Bus 95/96 from Wadebridge to Bude stops in the village.
WHERE TO STAY

WHERE TO EAT
The Toby Jug Café (01840 250501) in Boscastle serves up lunches and a cracking cream tea, with vegan and gluten-free options too. Good pub grub – fish and chips, burgers, lasagne – at the whitewashed, low-beamed Napoleon Inn (01840 250204, www.napoleoninn.co.uk).
