This is how to do a lightweight tee: breathable elastane mesh around the neckline, armpits and most of the way down the back, with a slightly heavierweight polyester for the chest, stomach and lower back. The only slight bother is the inner seams, which can rub on the upper back beneath a rucksack harness. But consider the value for money: thanks to being part of the Decathlon retail business (no third parties used), Quechua are able to sell a lightweight baselayer of superb quality and effectiveness for just £18.
