I am immunosuppressed. I spent four months within the boundaries of my own home. I have arthritis everywhere as well as Crohns and asthma, and two children, one with autism and learning difficulties. It’s a busy life but I’m happy! The arthritis put up a fight but I was determined to complete the challenge so I walked around my garden and kitchen every day. It’s easy to give up when you have serious medical conditions, but I believe exercise and nutrition are very much under-used medicines. I went for it and achieved it. I feel so good for it.
