Why go on a Badger meet?

1 I get to go out and see parts of the country I wouldn’t go to otherwise.

2 I do walks I wouldn’t dare do on my own. 3 I live on my own, work all week, have family responsibilities on Saturdays, and Sundays are for me (‘Sorry no phone reception when I’m walking in the countryside!’) 4 They’re fun! Great company and lots of laughs.

5 There is normally cake. 6 We finish with a beer quite often!

7 I’m making new friends from all sorts of different walks of life... 8 I love it. If you haven’t been to one then go. You won’t regret it (and yes I did go to the first one alone, not knowing anyone – but that soon changes!).
