Throw yourself into the Facebook group

It can seem like a huge river of posts going by, but don’t be daunted. This is an extremely welcoming community. We are all different, but we all believe in the power of walking and we all seek encouragement, answers to our questions, kindness, support and fun. Never be afraid to ask a question – there is a constant churn of people in the group and there will always be lots of people glad to answer and even more glad you asked. Know too that the group is moderated by a brilliant team, and though it seems like a huge crowd, start posting and responding and it will soon become like your own little group of friends.
