Photo tip

The hour before dusk and dawn, as otters are on the move, is the best time for photography. They have poor eyesight but acute hearing, so choose your spot, keep still and wait. Adjust your camera for low light and set it with a fast shutter speed. A telephoto lens is a good idea. Otters are out in all weathers, so you should be as well.
