GREEN LIVING

I was interested to read your piece about how we can be greener in the March issue, as I like to try to find ways of helping the environment.

I would love to be completely green like my sister, who runs a smallholding in Wales with her partner and kids and even has compost toilets. But, living in Surrey in a village, it’s not possible. Saying that, it was reassuring to see we do a lot of the things mentioned in the piece out of habit.

It was nice to see the issue being highlighted and showed, with a little bit of effort, we can all do our bit. Keep up the good work. Annette Palin, Surrey
