Teens among five arrested over theft

THREE teenage boys are among five people arrested by police after a teenager allegedly had his bike stolen at knifepoint.

The 17-year-old was in Tachbrook Road, Leamington, at around 2.20am on Sunday morning when it is said he was threatened by a man with a knife who then took his bike.

The boy was uninjured and the suspect left the scene with a group of other people.

Warwickshire Police have stated that two men – aged 24 and 34 – and three teenage boys – aged 13, 15 and 16 – have been arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail as the investigation continues.
