Coventry Telegraph Business Awards 2017
THEIR aim is to transform the world of must-do training into an enjoyable and engaging learning experience by creating quality e-learning platforms.
And flick learning believe that the advances they have made make them a worthy winner of up to three categories at this year’s Coventry Telegraph Business Awards.
The business, which launched in 2014, has entered the Excellence in Science & Technology Award, the Notfor-Profit Organisation Award and Services Award.
By using fun and interesting tools such as videos, animation, music and games flick learning has become extremely popular and is used by hundreds of schools, nurseries and businesses.
Over 40,000 childminders and nannies across the country also have a subscription to flick – and the business continues to grow.
All flick courses are accredited by the CPD accreditation service and courses are regularly reviewed by industry experts to ensure they are providing the very best services to flick’s ever-growing client base.
Managing Director Louisa Farino said “It’s fantastic to know that people are enjoying our training. In just three years, we’ve created over 42 courses on some pretty dull topics!
“It’s great to be able to offer organisations an alternative. No one said that quality learning is only for those on fat budgets.”
The Coventry Telegraph Business Awards celebrate the very best that Coventry and Warwickshire’s business community has to offer. Their achievements will be celebrated at a black tie gala at the Ricoh Arena on November 16.
Nominations are open until September 1. A panel of judges will then select three finalists in each category with the winners of the 14 categories being announced on the night.
The event will be hosted by award-winning comedian Mark Dolan and Olympian Gail Emms MBE with entertainment from Britain’s Got Talent magician Jamie Raven.
Guests will include finalists and sponsors who will enjoy a three-course meal and a Champagne reception.
