ARE you ready to get your walking boots on to experience Coventry’s very own Night at the Museum?

Charterhouse Priory and Priory Visitor Centre have teamed up to provide an after-dark walking tour of Coventry’s medieval sites.

Visitors will be able to take a tour along the medieval streets to see the city in a whole new light.

The tour starts at Priory Visitor Centre with homemade soup and bread followed by a guided walking tour with The Deep Fact Friar along our medieval streets via Holy Trinity, the cathedral ruins and Whitefrairs to Charterhouse Priory. A guided tour of the house will begin and finish with tea and cake from The Little Vintage Cake Company.

Jo Truslove, activities co-ordinator for Historic Coventry Trust who own and manage Charterhouse Priory said: “We love working in partnership with other Coventry attractions, both Charterhouse and Priory Visitor Centre started their lives as monasteries in medieval times but both have such a different story to tell.

“We ran a similar event last year which sold out very quickly and everyone really enjoyed the evening.”

Comfy shoes, warm clothing and a torch are all highly recommended.

To take part, you can buy tickets from Priory Visitor Centre, open Thursday to Sunday or search for A Night at the Museums on Wednesday, October 25 at www.eventbrite. co.uk
