Christmas jobs up for grabs

IT’LL soon be Christmas - and that means big crowds, money being spent hand over fist and shopping lists as long as your arm.

Companies in the Nuneaton area are already looking for temporary Christmas staff - and there are hundreds of jobs to go for.

Several firms across the town are on the hunt for temporary staff to join their teams.

Debenhams in Bridge Street is looking for people to join its Christmas Team, for up to 20 hours a week.

Ernest Jones, which is based in the Ropewalk Shopping Centre, is looking for temporary Christmas sales associates.

Another jewellers, H Samuel, is looking for people to join as a temporary festive colleague at the store in Market Place.

Royal Mail is also looking for some Christmas casuals at its parcel sort centre in neighbouring Atherstone.

Last year Royal Mail handled around 130 million Christmas parcels.

Tesco stores across Coventry and Warwickshire are also looking for some new members of staff over the Christmas period.
