Huge new Aston Martin showroom has opened
A HUGE new Aston Martin showroom has opened its doors for business in Warwickshire.
Aston Martin specialist McGurk Performance Cars’ new purpose-built facility in Kineton covers 8,000sq ft of display area and more than 40 Aston Martins and performance cars.
The family-owned firm was founded in 2002 by John McGurk, and has gone on to establish itself as one of the largest independent Aston Martin sales and servicing specialists in the UK.
John McGurk said: “Our new showroom provides us the perfect space to display our ever-changing stock of cars. It represents a significant investment for the business, but with our growing sales we needed a bigger area for our customers to come and view our full stock in one purposedesigned building.”
Keen to re-use and re-purpose an existing historic building, during the renovations it was discovered McGurk’s new showroom space was previously used by the British military to pack parachutes during the war years.
Over the last 12 months, McGurk has sold more than 150 Aston Martins and performance cars, specialising in particular in the modern classic era from the DB7 right though to the current production models.
Each McGurk car come with a full 12-month warranty included to give their customers complete peace of mind.
The warranty is something the company is able to do because it is self-funded and owns all the cars in its showroom.
Mr McGurk said: “We understand the importance of buying right, taking the time to find the very best cars out there, so we’re 100 per cent confident in every sale. Unlike most dealers we own all our stock, each expertly chosen to represent the best used Aston Martin you can buy.”
Every car is inspected by McGurk’s own factory-trained technicians, from its own onsite service department.
“It’s important we offer a full service for customers, from the initial sale right through to regular maintenance, right through to complete engine rebuilds and full restorations,” said Mr McGurk.
The service department is the only independent specialist in the UK equipped with the latest factory approved Aston Martin Diagnostic System (AMDS).
It also offers a collect and deliver service or loan car for customers.
