THE LATEST FROM THE CATWALK, RED CARPET AND HIGH STREET

-

■ SNAKESKIN skirt dresses are appearing up and down the high street for autumn. Topshop’s sellout version, with its front split, was such a hit that they are appearing on eBay at almost twice the price. This Lipsy one, £60, with its contrast black trim would work equally well for work or play. Find it at Next but move fast, these are selling quickly too.

■ SPEAKING of Topshop, we don’t expect this biker jacket to be on its rails for long. With its mix of floral embroidery and studs it is an update on last winter’s big biker trend. At £275 it’s not cheap but it is real leather.

■ HOTTER’S best-selling Pixie boot has been given a daffodil makeover this season as part of its partnership with Marie Curie. For each £85 pair of Daffodil Pixies sold, Hotter will give £20 to the charity to help pay for one hour of care and support for people living with terminal illnesses. The light grey boot features a special daffodil print on the lining and subtle yellow contrast stitching and will be available at hotter. com and at stores nationwide from September 13.

■ KARL LAGERFELD has teamed up with runway star (and daughter of modelling legend Cindy Crawford) Kaia Gerber to produce a capsule collection of clothing and jewellery. The 15-piece range, described as bringing a contemporary, cool girl twist to Lagerfeld’s Parisian chic essentials, will be exclusively available from revolve.com. Pictured, coat £319, trousers £190, bag £327, socks £34 and shoes £315. The jewellery – earrings, choker, bracelet (£89-145) is available from Karl.com
