Reach for the stars!

SOUNDSCAPE is coming to Coventry this summer, and you could get the chance to meet some of the stars in person.

The organisers of the two day musical extravaganza at the Ricoh Arena are hiring for a number of roles ahead of the event - including “Artist Liaisons.”

This job could see you getting up close with the stars of the festival including David Guetta, Clean Bandit, Years and Years, and more, with more names to be announced.

It involves dealing with the artists on the day, making sure that they have everything on their ‘rider,’ and making sure that they have everything that they need.

This isn’t the only job being advertised ahead of the two day event, taking place on June 15-16.

Other jobs up for grabs are brand ambassadors and promotions assistants.

In a post on the Soundscape Facebook page, applicants must be “enthusiastic, outgoing and 16 years old or over”.

It is not currently known if any of these are paid positions. Soundscape is a two day music festival taking place inside the Ricoh Arena stadium bowl on June 15-16.

The first day is set to be a rock/alternative day of music, with day two offering up a more mainstream sound.

Artists on the first day are yet to be revealed, but the headliner for the Sunday has been announced - global DJ star David Guetta, who will be playing a 90 minute set.

The other acts announced so far are Anne Marie, Years and Years, Clean Bandit, Rak-Su, and Mabel.

Tickets for the Sunday are already on sale now, with prices starting at £49 (plus booking fees).

There is a limit of 10 tickets per person.

All of the ticket details for the Saturday will be announced at a later date.
