- By MADELEINE CLARK News Reporter

A NUMBER of fish and chip shops across Coventry and Warwickshire have been celebrated with awards for their tasty food.

The area has 10 chippies that have been awarded a Good Chippy Award - four in Coventry and six across Warwickshire.

The shops were ranked according to how they matched their competitors and from customer feedback.

Judges also looked at value for money and hygiene.

The award, which is part of the Good Food Awards, is a new category which honours the traditional Friday dinner dish.

Only the best were chosen, but do you agree with the results?
