Killers tickets for Cov on sale

AMERICAN rockers The Killers are set to perform in Coventry next year - and tickets go on sale today.

The Las Vegas band is set to visit the Ricoh Arena as part of a UK wide stadium tour. With shows across the land, Coventry is to be the only one taking place anywhere in the Midlands - and is set to take place on June 11.

And general admission tickets for the massive event are set to go on sale today.

Tickets will be on sale and available on ticketing site The Ticket Factory.

These are set to be up for grabs from 9am.

It is thought that prices will range from £43.95 to £104.50 (in addition to service, admin, and postage fees).

Accessible tickets will be available directly from the Ricoh themselves.

The Coventry gig will see Welsh rock band the Manic Street Preachers serving as a support act.

Fans who pre-ordered the band’s upcoming sixth album Imploding the Mirage were given the opportunity to purchase early access tickets - which sold out in hours.

This album is set to be released in Spring 2020.

A number of premium hospitality packages are also available, starting from £199. It marks the second appearance in two years to these shores for the band.

Last year, they played a spectacular headlining slot at Glastonbury Festival, and a visually impressive showing at Cardiff Castle the night before.

As for the Ricoh, it is set to host two massive gigs in 2020. Joining the Killers are German rock legends Rammstein.

They are set to perform a few days later than The Killers, visiting on June 20 .
