Help is available for Universal Credit claimants in applying for jobs.

A spokesman for Coventry Jobcentre said: “The vacancies can predominantly be applied for online, but if claimants need advice or support they can contact their work coach via their journal, whether that’s for help with building a new CV, practical advice on applying for a job or preparing for an interview.”
