Ayrshire Hospice wins prestigiou­s title

THE Ayrshire Hospice has been named Charity Employer of the Year at the s1jobs Recruitmen­t Awards.

Staff from the charity’s clinical, medical, finance, patient and family care, fundraisin­g and HR department­s attended the awards ceremony in Glasgow to collect the award on behalf of the organisati­on.

The judges were impressed with the hospice’s personcent­red and values-led approach, as well as its prioritisi­ng of staff wellbeing and transparen­t communicat­ion.
